Current Stats

I know I promised to post these on Tuesday but I totally forgot. So here are my current measurements and my weight:

Weight: 175 (-10 pounds)
Bust: 42 (-1 inch)
Waist: 37 (-1 inch)
Hips:  41 (-1/2 inch)
Arm (L): 12 (SAME)
Arm (R): 12 (SAME)
Thigh (L): 22 (SAME)
Thigh (R): 22 (SAME)

(The weight and inches reflected above, are what I've lost in total since I started this blog. I actually began eating healthier and working out in early December and had lost 7 pounds, so my total so far is 17 pounds!)

"Failure is only the opportunity to begin again, only this time more wisely."

So things didn't go as planned this time around but I'm not giving up. Dusting off myself and giving it another go. I haven't gained weight, I actually lost 2 more pounds and an inch all around. I'm restarting the program because they don't recommend for you to miss more than a day per week. I was so sick and worn out last week that my body just couldn't handle the workouts. I'm really hoping that I'll be able to get through the entirety of this program and that I continue to lose the weight so that I can meet my goal.
